As a sales support officer you guide customers from the first enquiry. You map out their wishes, provide information about the options, draw up quotes and ensure careful follow-up.
You work closely with colleagues in sales, planning and customer service. You also stay in contact with customers and suppliers and make sure agreements, orders and relevant information are processed correctly in our systems.
What do we ask of you?
- At least a completed MBO diploma, preferably in a commercial field
- Excellent command of Dutch; English is a plus
- Good command of Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
